We opened in Phoenix in 2023, headed by licensed Architect, Jeff Bloker.
Our Background
yote.studio is headed by Jeff Bloker. Working for both large national firms and local shops, Jeff has been responsible for designing and managing projects from small remodels to those exceeding $30 million. He has executed dozens of new home builds.
Jeff is an Arizona licensed architect (77926), NCARB certified (109144), and a member of the AIA (American Institute of Architects). He holds a master's degree in Architecture from the Design School at Arizona State University, and an undergraduate degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business.

Why start yote.studio? It’s been a long journey that has started in a much different place. Jeff started his career working at an international financial firm. After a home disaster required him to stay home to manage a remodel, Jeff realized his heart has always been with creating. He left his career to start a new one in architecture. His business background has provided practical knowledge in running a successful firm.
